“I was very pleasantly surprised after reading some horrible reviews. The room was very clean the personnel was super friendly and professional and extremely helpful. Definitely will book again. ”

“We really enjoyed being in the French Quarter, but were grateful the Inn is on the edges so it's away from some of the madness. Paying to park cost almost as much as the car rental but we did find a good spot nearby using an online service. We did find a couple bugs in the room over a 4 night stay but in such an old building right there in such a densely built area we accepted that. This isnt some ritz hotel, it's small and quaint. We really enjoyed our stay. ”

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”

“Did not like how every sound carried. It was too noisy. There are huge gaps under the doors so anyone out in the hall sounded like they were in your room.”

“The day we arrived they had some technical issues, but the staff made it very convenient for us. There was a gentleman handling the technical issues although he had a sense of urgency to get things done. He was not overwhelmed. He made our visit wonderful”
