“I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! “The Hotel was very modern and super clean. You do have to pay for parking which is expected unless you find free parking on the street. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel throughout the French quarters. I definitely would stay here again when I come back to visit. ”

“This hotel is all about location. walking distance to everything you want to experience about French Quarter.--- Fresh Market, Frenchmen Street (which I loved- music, dancing, great restaurants). Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. “We really enjoyed the downstairs piano bar and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfy, however, they gave us a handicapped room when we didn’t need it (I couldn’t hang my dresses high enough so they wouldn’t hit the floor) and the shower flooded the bathroom. I’ve stayed in the Pontchartrain before, and the regular room that I had then was much better than this one.”
