“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“It was noisy, ear plugs where shown to me day i checked out. Anyone in hallway sound echoed into room even with door closed. Door latch it self so loud it woke you as people came into room for their bunk. People were quiet the closing of the door woke you...it was superbowl weekend so the sirens up and down the road all night till 2 am...again not hotel faul...but wish i was told to grab pair of ear plugs. Being 54 having to climb to top bunk once i got up there i was not going down till……

“I love the hotel and it’s amenities. I love love love the location. I would’ve booked for next April before I left, but I was told that I had to wait 10 months out. I will be back. ”

“Great location within shopping and a short walk to the french quarter. New building and it smells new. Our room was an interior room with a tiny window that we couldn't see out of, but beds were comfortable and tv was big. The maid helped us figure out the thermostat but the standing lamp didn't work. The wood floors need a mopping but overall, it was a nice place and the price was right.”
