“The place was very nice. The neighborhood is a bit dicey. There were a few communication issues, and the door code had problems though they did get solved. There were enough kitchen and bath items, and that was appreciated. I was offered an additional night at a reduced rate, accepted, and was glad of the offer.”

“The floors were dirty. It appeared nobody had swept or vacuumed the floors as we could see some dirty on the floor. Light bulbs were out. Marks on the walls that could have easily been cleaned off. Refrigerator was broken but serviceable. Tubs for the shower were a little sketchy. We couldn’t find any instructions on how to use some items. ”

“The common area was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos as well as bedrooms one and two… However the main bedroom was huge and so was the bathroom and closet in the main bedroom. We had a group of six and we were very comfortable… The Unit could use some updating. The proximity to the venues and other things that we were interested in was great, although the neighborhood was a little suspect at night. There was a small café on the corner that was pretty good taste wise as well as……

“It was an amazing stay and we look forward to staying in other locations. ”

“Arrived at the unit and was immediately greeted by 4 homeless adults that were living on the porch "to enjoy the AC leaking out from under the door" they have set home a home with mattresses on the sidewalk out front, and were actively using drugs in front of my family. Hosteeva told me just use the back door. LOL. Currently fighting the charge with Amex, zince Hosteeva wont refund my money.”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
