“Great house for a large group, we had 8 guys for Jazz Fest and there were plenty of space/beds for everyone. It is particularly great that there is seating for everyone, which is rare when you get to larger group numbers in NOLA. There is one issue with the rental - the spa equipment is so loud it renders it basically unusable. Unfortunately, there are several of these type of units in a long row, so if your neighbors decide to use theirs you just have to deal with it. It sounds like an old lawn……

“The apartments are all spacious and beautifully appointed, with well-stocked kitchen utensils and appliances. The location is near the St. Charles trolley, which is a super fun way to get around. We rented the property for a professional development workshop, which worked very well (big screen TVs for slide projection, large rooms with ample seating).
