“Such a great place to stay. The staff was top notch. So friendly and willing to help out as needed. Always a smiling face as we were coming and going. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use the pool but we did have a fantastic burger in the restaurant. This is our go to hotel going forward. ”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”

“The hotel itself is lovely, very tasteful classic New Orleans decor mixed with modern art, furnishings , and several great choices for meals and/or drinks. There is live entertainment on Thursday nights, and the staff from the front door and throughout are attentive and pleasant. There is a Happy Hour each day with freed drinks and snacks, and the staff working it, as well as the front desk and doormen are great tour guides and very prompt retrieving your car, etc. Rooms are well appointed and……

“Hotel was nice, but we didn't realize Caesars Harrah's was different than Caesars. We told our shuttle to take us to Caesars, so we walk up to the hotel check-in desk with all of our luggage (2nd leg of a longer trip). The girl at the desk says "oh, your reservation is across the street at Harrah's but we have availability here if you want. We were exhausted from travelling so we just said ok and accepted the upcharge. I wish the original reservation was more clear. Anyway, hotel was nice, bed……
