“Friendly staff ”

“Overall, we had a very nice stay. We traveled with a large group and lots of friends and there were a couple different areas that were comfortable and had lots of tables and made it very nice and easy to get together with our group to eat, play games or just hang out. The only thing we missed was not having a pool, but we knew that before we booked. It was a very lovely stay and close to lots of things to do.”

“The only complaint I have with the room was that the air condition went out! It was not any fault of the hotel. However, the front desk lady Ms. Carmen, she accommodated us to help with the bad experience without any air condition!”

“All was good. People were nice. Keycards were not working to front entry at times and bathroom door did not lock.”

“The property was satisfactory and close to the outlet mall and convention center. Staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean but are showing signs of wear and could use some updating. WiFi was supportive for my work needs. Restaurants have a satisfactory selection of options but nothing really stood out. I’d say a visit across the street is a nicer steak restaurant at 4 seasons if that is what you’re looking for. Not bad for a quick stay.”
