“酒店地处闹市区，方便步行逛街。员工待人接物不错。但是房间空调很糟糕，声音很响，制热效果很差。另外停车费太贵了”

“Never got our room turned around but we came during a very busy weekend. Overall a great place about a 20 min walk to French quarter and bourbon, had some great food places nearby. Would stay here again. ”

“The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. I had no choice but to call the police for help because I couldn't get into my room.The room smells so badly of paint, it's like a gas chamber,and a loud mechanical noise in the room.”
