“Clean and spacious room. Easy self check in. Great pool and hot tub in the back with a bar (I used the pool in the morning so I didn’t see the bar operating). Perfect location within walking distance to the French Quarter but far enough to have plenty of free (and apparently safe) street parking, and no street noise. Rooms could have more towels tho, specially in a place where there is nobody at the lobby after 6pm. We tried getting more towels in the morning but couldn’t find anyone there……

“Lovely room, nice cozy bed with microwave coffee pot and fridge. Beautifully appointed. Could have used a chair or love seat to sit on while watching TV instead of having to sit or lay on the bed. Close to public tram and restaurants. Loved our stay. ”

A three minute walk to the Canal Streetcar. Came with a family of four. Gated for additional safety. Free parking onsite. Gym downstairs is two treadmills and a bunch of barbells and some benches - all you need. 100% would stay here any time we are in the city, especially if staying for a week or more.”

“An all round excellent hotel. Safety - safe area, car park is secure with cctv covering it. The building locks at 5pm and a card is required to access it. Location - just fantastic. A short distance from major locations. The hop on hop off ticket office is located in the building and stops right outside so it’s an excellent way to get around the city and see all of the landmarks. “I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! The AC worked very well which is huge when staying in the New Orleans area during a heat wave! The pantry in the lobby was well stocked. They accommodated us with extra towels when requested. The staff was friendly. The bed was extremely comfortable! And the blackout shade on the window allowed us to sleep in! I have absolutely……

“This hotel is all about location. walking distance to everything you want to experience about French Quarter.--- Fresh Market, Frenchmen Street (which I loved- music, dancing, great restaurants). Bourbon Street (not so much- unless you're one of the young, obnoxious drunks), I would say this hotel would be a gem if the rooms were updated. a little paint and caulk would go a long way. The bed was uncomfortable and the sheets had stains and holes. The tub and shower curtain had mildew,……
