“We went for the Super Bowl and the staff was amazing”

“Rooms were clean. Bed was ok. Place was clean. Area is very dirty Breakfast was a disappointment. Waited 20 minutes for scrambled eggs but so many people that had to wait another 20. No water. No toaster working while we were there. Had cereal and sausages. They were good. Very noisy a well hours outside our room. Great place for an overnight stop to sleep only ”

“Booked this hotel at the last minute for Super Bowl weekend. Saw some reviews that had me a little nervous but went ahead and booked this place anyway. When we arrived, Olivia greeted us warmly and checked us in smoothly. The place is generally clean, but it is going to renovations, and the hotel communicated that before my arrival which I liked. Any needs that needed to be met were easily remedied by the hotel staff. We had an issue with the AC unit leaking, and the maintenance man came right……

“I love it wasnt expected the room to be so comfortable with the price it was close to stores shopping walking distance to a store even had chicken in the store so good I will definetly get this room again when I come back to New Orleans oh it is quiet with locked gates overall thank you for your hospitality ”

“名字聽起來好像很不錯，實際到了發現外觀還稍舊，房內設施還ok。服務態度還行，但有一些無所事事的人在閒晃，或在陽台抽煙亂丟煙蒂和垃圾，看起來有些髒亂。”

“Beds were very comfortable. Room was a little smokey but they provided a machine to get the smoke out. Sheets were dirty, I was told no one can come to the room until we checked out.... disappointed in that. Location is beautiful & plenty of locations to go eat.”
