“The hotel itself and rooms were excellent. Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. The continental breakfast wasn't mind blowing but what continental breakfast is. My only complaints are the pool was out of commission and quite frankly New Orlens in September it would have been awesome to take a dip. Next they have signs for laundry on site however they don't have it anymore. But with my complaints i would def stay here again.”

“We ended up not staying there because we booked on the wrong side of the river but Shree was very helpful in canceling our room and didn't charge us any cancelation fees”
