“Most people don't come to NoLa to stay in their room... what we needed was an affordable place to put our luggage, shower and sleep. To that end, we got what we paid for. The rates were affordable, the staff was nice, there was free gated parking, the room was spacious, and the hotel was right off the freeway so it was easy to get to all the stuff we wanted to see. With all that said, please find a different afforable place when in NoLa and skip this place. We rolled up our first night during a……

“The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.”

“Hotel was basic, but clean and everything needed was provided …. ice, tv, refrigerator, microwave, etc. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you’re accustomed to the Ritz, this isn’t the place for you, but we just needed a clean, safe place to shower and sleep, since we spent all our free time in the French Quarter or visiting the sites. “Breakfast” was provided, but VERY basic and limited. The bonus for us and the main decision maker, was not only the low price, but the FREE, secure……
