“The staff was helpful and pleasant. The rooms were quite and clean. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. It would have been nice to have a safe in the room, but not a dealbreaker. Can't complain about the out side as it was kept as clean as you can keep it when you are pretty much surrounded by swamp. It wasn't real close to town, but not so far from it. “Wow! This was the perfect location for weekend shopping in Historic Mandeville. This upstairs unit accommodated my family of four perfectly. Everything we needed was there & it was walking distance to some great restaurants. Looked newly remodeled with all latest amenities. Shower was top notch and my daughter enjoyed the Keurig. Beds were comfortable. Ceilings are a little low in certain areas (as pictured) but that didn’t bother us. We would highly recommend! ”

“This property was amazing! It was a bit pricey, but definitely worth it. I had left a previous hotel I booked because the previous place was horrible and not at all like the photos showed. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful when I showed up at 2:00 in the morning hoping to get a room. The breakfast provided was decent, but the hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend a stay here!”

“Great stay, things we liked - they offer options for large families (extra sofa bed), the hotel and room was clean, staff was friendly, and the breakfast was a quality offering. Things we didn’t like - the elevator was out of commission so we had to walk the stairs to the third floor. Overall, good hotel to stay at, we recommend. ”
