“Loved staying here! All interactions with neighbors were friendly and positive! More towels wouldn’t have hurt. The key pad on the main door was slightly painful, but we always won in the end. More comfortable seating would have been nice, but totally understand the space and we were fine! It was super nice to have a quiet place to return to every night! Would totally stay here again!! ”

“This listing is just right. The accomodations are like new- very well decorated and very clean. Fully stocked kitchen. Fully stocked bathroom. The owners live next door and could not have been more friendly or helpful. But my next favorite thing was the location. Mid-city and 2 blocks from the streetcar line which literally takes you almost anywhere you want to go. Close to Morning Call for cafe au lait and beignets. Parking right in front. Wonderful!”

“This was our second stay at this location, our first through Vrbo. We mostly utilized the Nelson House as overflow housing while the rest of my family stayed down the street at my childhood home. We just slept and showered there, and for that purpose, it worked perfectly.
