“Such an awesome experience! First time in NOLA not knowing what to expect and this apartment was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable in a beautiful area near Tulane University. Host was very friendly and helpful. ”

This property was perfect for us, walkable to where we needed to be & caffeine at The Bean Gallery (great food too) a few blocks away. Loved the art, comfy beds, as well as easy communication with owner. We missed connecting with on site manager although we heard him a few times & were happy to know help was nearby. “We loved our stay at this adorable Shotgun house! It truly lives up to its name—charming, clean, and in a fantastic location just steps from the St. Charles streetcar. We felt safe in the neighborhood and found it very easy to get around the city. The beds were comfortable, and the home was spotless. We appreciated the character of the home and how convenient everything was. Would definitely stay here again!”

“We enjoyed the use of the house and its close proximity to all things New Orleans. The shared wall is rather thin and we could hear the neighbors dog every time it got the zoomies, but other than that it was absolutely everything we expected and more! It was so convenient having access to a washer and dryer. ”

“The house was great, especially for the great price. Plenty of room and well taken care of. The host was very easy to talk with and took great care of us. My only thing I would let future groups know is that it is on a busy street with car noise at night. But outside of that, everything was spectacular. ”

The first morning we discovered the coffee maker didn’t work, notified Genesis and there was one waiting for us when we got home that afternoon. The beds were comfortable and the linens were nice. “This unit was in a superb location - right off the St. Charles streetcar line and in the Garden District. Close to attractions and stores/restaurants etc. Had one small issue and the response was immediate.”

“This was a great fit for our family! We loved the location and off-street parking. The house was comfortable, roomy, and quiet. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs out if they didn’t want to go far in the heat. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!”

“The place is as described in the listing. Perfect spot for our family of 4, 2 blocks from the st Charles streetcar line. Walkable to Tulane and Audubon Park, but it's a hike, and no fun in a summer thunderstorm! The backyard pool is small but perfect for a refresher. Don't wear socks on the steps. ”
