“My overall experience was great. Finding the house and checking in was easy. I was hesitant about leaving my car on a major thoroughfare. But I parked it on Sunday and did not touch it until I left Wednesday morning. And it was just fine. The AC was cold and the bed was very comfortable. “The property was in great condition, well cleaned and overall charming. The beds were comfortable, the shower was clean and functional. The shotgun layout did require people to pass through all three bedrooms to reach the bathroom, but this was not an issue for us. We booked this house because it was close to one of our 20th high school class reunion’s events. We appreciated the space to be able to sleep safely after a night of festivities. “I stayed overnight with some friends to celebrate my birthday. The home was clean, nicely decorated, and fairly spacious. The driveway can fit at least three cars, plus there is street parking. The hosts gave us good directions and getting to the property was a breeze. As a group of women, we felt safe staying here. I'd definitely book another stay in the future.”

“Beds are very clean, kitchen is very nice. Leave the door between first bedroom and kitchen open during the day or it will not be comfy to be in, as the bedrooms have great airflow and the first room does not. If you have more than a couple people, or small children, you will need to bring your own plates and bowls, as there are only two bowls, four dinner plates, two small salad plates, all ceramic. “Our stay was spacious and comfortable. Communication with the boat was easy, and the location is close to the streetcar. It's not in the prettiest neighborhood, but we didn't have any issues with that. There were some stains on the blanket in the first bedroom, but the second two were fine, so we just took those. Clean towels, bathroom, and kitchen, but there wasn't any detergent for the washer/dryer. ”

“We had a great stay in NOLA. The house is EXACTLY as advertised. Clean, fully stocked, convenient and well cared for. Communication with the home owner was excellent. We will be staying here again next time we visit NOLA.”

“It was very easy to check in. We had a little issue at the beginning but it was quickly resolved. Nice location if I was to come back and visit again I would most likely probably stay here again it was very convenient for everything.”

“The property was a very nice setup with a big backyard to sit and relax after a day of touring. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Short walk to the Tram which will take you downtown. I would recommend this spot.
