“Very nice unit - very clean and comfortable - everything worked well and we had no problems - area very quiet and we felt secure - all you could ask for. Just 2 suggestions - need some clothes hangers - only 1 we could find - and please look at the entry staircase it feels very shaky - we would definitely stay here again and we will. Thank You ”

“Great location and Beautiful place. We felt very safe here. There is a gate and a garage. I appreciated the communication being fast and easy. The only thing I wish was different was having one more bathroom in the downstairs room that holds 4 people. They had to walk up 2 flights of stairs for a shower. Other than that, we were very happy with the place and we would definitely stay there again!”

“Overall, this ended up being a good place to stay while in New Orleans for 11 days. Pros: Private, use of the garage, location (easy to use the streetcar), responsiveness of the host Troy. Cons: worn ripped sheets, minimally equipped kitchen (not really set up to cook), missing lightbulbs in lamps. (Obviously, all of these things could be addressed.) A fun city to spend time in! ”

“Absolutely loved the property! It was very conveniently located, parking was amazing. It is newly built and very spacious. We were in town for the night very last minute due to a family emergency and because of the holiday there weren’t too many places available. My only complaint is the price, the cleaning fee is as much as a 1 night stay. ”

“Place was very clean and updated. Easy access to restaurants, downtown, airport, and shopping. Only problem was unable to get the WiFi to work. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here with family. The area felt very safe. We were able to walk to the grocery store and other restaurants during the day. You need a car in my opinion but there's plenty of on street parking and a garage. The trolley is within walking distance as well. We loved city park which is basically right down the road. There's also a pool area which was nice to hang out at but the water is not heated. My only complaint is the overpowering smell of fabulouso. I'm sensitive to cleaning product……

“Nicely appointed studio apartment and convenient location. The bathroom is not suitable for everyone, a little awkward for a large person. Water pressure was not very good. I’ve never seen a note to tip the cleaning person which I thought was an unnecessary expectation since it is a small rental and the cleaning fee should more than cover the cost of cleaning. Time to dust the bathroom vent and on top of the refrigerator. Did have fun and perfect for our weekend in Nola.”
