“I have stayed her 4 times the past year. I like the location, price, the room is big, and ac is good. staff is all nice and friendly as well. This time, there was a bad odor when I first walked in ... I think from a previous smoker in the room, but I got use to it and it didn't give me a headache. Otherwise, it was perfect. good coffee there too! ”

“Great service from front desk and a good centrally located spot. Our only complaint is our room was never serviced over the course of six days, despite asking. We got new towels and the front desk and disposed of our own trash. Fresh towels and a turn over would’ve been great midweek. ”

“We stayed there for the Super Bowl. The hotel was in a nice quaint city about 45 minutes from New Orleans. There was plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The hotel was very pretty. We loved the old fashioned feel. It was very clean and decorated nicely. I would recommend. ”

“I stayed here because it was conveniently located next to the Ponchatrain Center. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room smelled of stale carpet and cleaning supplies but at least it was clean. I didn't stay in the room much so I didn't need much. There was a Keurig, microwave, a mini fridge in the room which is great for a longer stay. There was hot coffee in the lobby!!! While the room needs some updating it wasn't bad and I will stay again. ”
