“The Marsh was a great place to stay when we were down during Mardi Gras. It's close to parades, the bartenders are nice, and the area is safe. My only complaint was that the diffusers in the common areas were too strong. They should consider a more subtle scent. ”

“The rooms are clean and modern. The hotel is in a central downtown location that is easily accessible to different areas of NOLA but still nice and quiet. Tim was an outstanding staff member that stood out to us during the entirety of the trip. Not only was he kind, sincere, and professional, but he made it his business to remember our names. That truly goes a long way. We felt valued, appreciated, and made our stay feel more personalized. I would recommend this hotel to any and everyone wanting……

“Love staying at the Pontchartrain Hotel. We have made this our regular spot when we visit NOLA. The area is beautiful with so many places to see and to eat. The Tin Roof bar on the roof is fantastic with a spectacular view, and cafe and restaurant in the hotel are very good. We walk through the garden district every morning and evening and love that the streetcar stops right in front of the hotel. It’s just a short ride (or $10 Lyft/uber) to the French quarter. The staff is super friendly and……
