2. Our rooms were not cleaned for 1~2 days.

“Although hotel has jsut renovated, there is no shampoo provided in the room, it's by request! No hair dryer, no hanger provided, no kettle in the room to make tea/coffee. The facility is poor. Hotel staff is not very helpful.”
“The Marsh suited my needs perfectly as a solo traveler, it was quiet and accessible, great communication as needed, and friendly onsite staff. It's a simple and clean place with cute decor, and nice patio to hang out if desired. Close to the St. Charles streetcar and a lovely cafe nearby as well. I will definitely stay here again!”

“The property is clean and beautiful. It has an amazing pool. We stayed during the slow season in New Orleans, so the property was quiet. The hotel advertises their swim up bar, but it was not open during our stay. They did have a walk-up bar, however. They also open the pool to the public for a fee, making it more crowded than it would be with guests only, but loungers are reserved for guests. The design of the hotel is gorgeous. Our room was a bit small, but comfortable and clean. The bar staff……
“We really enjoyed the downstairs piano bar and the staff were very nice. The bed was comfy, however, they gave us a handicapped room when we didn’t need it (I couldn’t hang my dresses high enough so they wouldn’t hit the floor) and the shower flooded the bathroom. I’ve stayed in the Pontchartrain before, and the regular room that I had then was much better than this one.”
