“Amazing breakfast ”

“I stayed at the Mowbray to see the Sussex Coast and Kent. The hotel proved to be a great choice. My room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I had an easy walk to Eastbourne’s board walk, great local places to eat and a nice building btw.”

“I booked a double and ended up getting room 9 at the top with a fantastic view. It was spacious, modern and the en-suite bathroom was lovely. I would definitely book again as so convenient. ”

“My wife and I had an incredible stay at the lovely Port Hotel with a stunning waterfront view providing gently rolling waves for ambience with the windows cracked open. The staff were perfect and the Eastbourne waterfront was everything we'd hoped for an authentic English coastal experience. Although was not an issue for us, be aware there are no elevators so if you book an upper floor then you're in for a good workout getting up and down the stairs daily -- especially getting heavy bags up and……

“The Beach Front was an amazing place to stay. The room was huge and the view was stunning. The bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic, we were give a wide range of choices. Staff were so friendly and attentative. We definitely recommend this guest house, we will be back. It was a great way to celebrate our 15th wedding anniversary! Thank you.”

“We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”

“Staff was very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Great location on seafront. This was my 2nd stay at this hotel and would recommend. Stayed for 5 nights on both occassions.”

“I stayed in the studio apartment with my kid, it was cosy and had everything we needed like a washing machine, cooker, fridge, tv and wifi. The building has a lift which was great especially with luggage. The staff at the front desk were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location is great as it’s very close to the beach and lastly the parking was good as it’s free on the opposite side however it does get full in the evening but luckily there are a few roads nearby which are all free :)”

“This hotel has recently changed hands and has been refurbished throughout to a good standard. The staff were excellent - friendly and very helpful. The location is really convenient for the beach (which is directly opposite) Devonshire Park Tennis, theatres and Winter Garden - all just a short walk away. Several good restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!”
