“Aussen hui, innen pfui! Wenn das überaus liebenswerte Personal nicht gewesen wäre, hätten wir uns ein anderes Hotel gesucht!!! Die Zimmer sind teilweise desolat, sie brauchen ALLE dringend eine Renovierung. Die Badezimmer sind in einem bedauerlichen Zustand und schon gas nicht zeitgrmäß. Mit dem Putzen haben sie es auch nicht so. Letzte Woche gab es schimmliges Brot zum Frühstück. Die Eigner haben weder am Haus noch am Komfort für die Gäste das geringste Interesse, aber fahren ein vergoldetes……

“I didn’t enjoy the aesthetics of the hotel, the outside looked old and the inside showed it was a hotel designed for mainly OAPs as there were stair lifts. The hotel smelled, the floor creaked in the room and you could easily hear people outside your room.”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“酒店位于海边，过了马路就面朝大海了。本来很喜欢酒店的服务，以前住过的。可是这次稍稍失望，我们check in在12点半，下了火车带着4岁孩子，可是却说房间没有整理好，告诉我按规定是下午3点check in的。无可挑剔的回答。只好下午3点拿到房间钥匙。酒店当天一定很少人入住，就早餐的人数不到10人，而且我退房时（11:00），明眼看到服务生带客人入住。这是我入住5星级酒店唯一的一次下午3点拿到房间钥匙。”
