“We initially had some small difficulties getting the code and instructions, but I think it was the vrbo website and not tge host. It all worked out. The evap cooling system did not cool the back bedroom very well. There were no coffee filters, which made brewing coffee a challenge. Would have been nice to have a dinette set on the porch for eating outside to enjoy the incredible views. Overall, it was a great stay at a great location within easy walk to all of the tasting rooms and restaurants.……

“This condo is in a quiet neighborhood location just outside of downtown Prescott. It was nice to step away from the hubbub of the downtown activity every evening to relax. It is close to everything. The listing description is accurate. It has the basic supplies that we needed. Check in was so easy. We enjoyed our stay. ”

“The hosts have thought of everything for this beautiful and spacious condo. Well appointed kitchen and bath. Comfortable bed and plenty of closet space. Handy washer and dryer. The location in old town is perfect too. Walk out the door to shops, restaurants, and wine bars. Also an easy drive to see the sights of Clarkdale and Jerome or visit the many vineyards nearby. Overall a great place to stay and I hope to come back someday. ”

Patty thinks of everything you might need to make your stay comfortable.Located in the heart of Old Town Cottonwood, this place is perfectly situated within walking distance to a wide variety of shops, restaurants and wine tastings. Jerome is a quick drive up the mountain and Sedona is about 25 minutes away.Our next trip to Cottonwood will definitely……
