“The house was indeed clean and cozy and well stocked, just missing coffee filters but paper towels worked out okay. The property across the street appeared to be condemned and other properties in the vicinity were very run-down, making relaxing on the front porch a not-so-inviting opportunity. I’d advise doing a google search on the area before renting this property. It was quiet and felt safe, though. ”

“What I enjoyed most about my stay at this property was the very quiet neighborhood and the excellent location. Old Town Cottonwood and all the great restaurants, wine bars, shops and more is just a 5 minute walk from the cottage, and Jerome and Clarkdale (must try Violette's croissants) are 5-10 minute drives. I also appreciated being able to take daily walks at Dead Horse State Park (5 min from cottage) and Red Rock State Park (20 min). Cottage was immaculately clean and very well equipped……

“I loved this place, everything about it was nice from the fence in. I say this, only because the neighbors across the street didn’t seemed friendly. They did put a lot of nice details in the decor of this house and it was very comfortable our stay.”

“The location of this house was perfect for our weekend plans. The neighborhood is quiet and the views of the red rocks at sunset are incredible! Clean environment with everything we needed for meals in. The only complaint was that the mattresses were very firm and the main bedroom’s felt like it was slanted backwards which was uncomfortable. Overall would absolutely recommend this home and would stay there again!”
