“This house exceeded our expectations. Its location near downtown was perfect. We also went to the Grand Canyon and the drive from the house wasn’t bad at all! The neighborhood was tranquil, we took morning walks and enjoyed the terrace off the kitchen. And the presence of javelinas walking through the yard added to its charm! The house was not only cute and clean but also well-stocked with the basics. We will definitely return! ”

“Dealing with Glenn was super easy, and definitely follow his instructions on driving in as the road is narrow with no room to turn around. As you walk in the place immediately gives you vibes of great history and how they lived back in 1898. The outside was patio and deck areas were amazing with views worth every penny. When I realized there was no TV in the place I got a little worried with teenagers, but the place was so amazing with such amazing outside amenities the kids didn’t even want to……

“We took a week to road trip around Arizona going to both the Grand Canyon and The Petrified Forest NP. Staying in Sedona was great. The property was clean, the views are beautiful, and everything in town is within a 5min drive. We took a couple of hikes to the famous Red Rocks and were not disappointed. Overall this was a great experience.”

“I have stayed at this lovely home in Prescott a few times and have never been anything but content. This time it was over the 4th of July holiday. My dogs were with me so I was worried about the noise of fireworks. But this neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Not one firecracker! The house was very clean. I was delighted to see red, white and blue decorations on our fence for a festive touch. Great holiday.”
