“This place hit all my basic requirements: comfy bed, natural linens, ice!, all the right cooking stuff including salt & pepper and oil, a grill, tissue; it's incredible how these simple things are not provided by most hosts. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try out the hot tub, but it looked lovely. A nice quiet, private space in a spectacular location. A great value!”

“The TV remote was not defaulted to channels that are subscribed to. I do not know if I was operating the minisplit correctly. I would have preferred the window treatments were better at blocking out light, particularly in the morning because I awoke too early. The bed was very comfortable and the minisplit cooled the area well enough after an hour.”

“This was our second stay at the cottage and we will probably be back again. Wonderful cottage, very quiet and close to everything.”

“As the title notes, this place is very historic and very cozy! Located within walking distance, if desired, from Old Town centrally located to the surrounding areas of Cottonwood and Clarkdale. Lin, our host was very accommodating and even alerted us to a local event the evening of our arrival.”

“My husband and I stayed in this cute little loft for a weekend getaway to celebrate our anniversary. Ben was very easy to communicate with and we had a wonderful time. It was easy to find, private, in a very quiet neighborhood just outside of downtown Prescott. We would definitely book it again!”

“Clean, Cozy, Serene little Casita . Kitchen was well stocked , great location I walked to the most beautiful sunrise every morning ! Lovely host who gave great recommendations and responsive to anything I needed! I will be returning soon ”

“Where to start, the stunning views on the way down to the property, the convenient location that's close to town yet tucked away, or the wonderful casita itself.Linda was a wonderful host who was responsive, helpful, and most importantly, made us feel like we were truly guests in someones home. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations as well. The casita is so well decorated, clean, and well thought out. She even wrote out little post-it instructions on everything that could possibly be……
