You can’t beat the location - it is just a few minutes walk to all the shops and restaurants. Nice deck and a TV in the living room. We also ate at Adriana’s right next door and were served by Adriana herself. She was the sweetest and definitely recommend eating there if you get the chance. ”

“We loved this cottage near the mountains and hiking trails. Yet it's just a few blocks from the main highway through Sedona. Convenient! It was quiet, artsy, cute, and well equipped. The bathroom is newly remodeled and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable. There is a carport to park under. The owner is wonderful. I recommend it!!”

“The cute little house was beautifully decorated and conveniently located for easy drives to Sedona, Jerome, Prescott and Cottonwood. It is even walking distance to the Verde Valley Railroad. The host Colleen was super helpful and promptly responded to our questions. We will most certainly rent again and recommend to all our friends. ”

“We absolutely loved staying here! Everything was extremely clean and very relaxing. We were able to walk out the door one of the days for hiking which was just amazing. Location, atmosphere and host were all 10!”

“Lovely stay. It was perfect for our pets! The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook our meals and have a nice dinner outside in lovely weather. We biked to red rock state park and surrounding areas, nice and steep ride! Will definitely recommend this cute spot, perfect for a couples retreat/getaway!”

Washer and dryer easy to use if needed. Back porch area has an outdoor table and place to park vehicle if needed. Game room also available with pool table, led lighting and tv.……
