“We liked this hotel very much. Everything was perfect and Service was polite . We appreciated them. ”

“When checking in, i asked about breakfast, and was told there were BRKFST bags made up of fruit and bagel for people on the go or couldn't sit to eat. When i asked the morning clerk about these bags, she said they were all gone. This should be explained a little better, or have kitchen staff make up more for customers requesting one. ”

“We arrived late and with 7 of us. Check in took longer than I have ever had to go through before. Not many options for breakfast. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. The stay was just ok.”

“Our experience here at Wood Springs was excellent. The manager at the front desk his name is Gary. He was very very nice to us. He welcomed us in and just helped us out so much, and we truly appreciated it and there was also another young lady at the front desk who helped me out as well and we really appreciate her as well. Everyone was so helpful and that made us feel soooo very welcomed. Their actions showed us That they love to help others and it was just an amazing experience to check in to……
