“This beautiful, comfortable Hotel is in the heart of Saxmundham, moments from the station. The Helpful Staff, Callum, was wonderful. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would stay again.”

A very well furnished kitchenette enabled us to cook a hearty breakfast - with all of the ingredients for a fry up provided for us in the fridge! A very lovely experience, and our dinner in the pub on the day of our arrival was very good too!”

“Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer.”

“Fantastic stay. I received a warm welcome and was informed of the history of the main house and given informationabout breakfast and the relaxing bar area. Breakfast orders are taken the evening before, and my order was delivered to the dining room at exactly the time ordered (it was hot, fresh and delicious). There are cereals etc already in the room. The choice is excellent and includes veggie/vegan options. Great coffee. The room was lovely and had everything needed for my stay - hairdryer,……
