“I am currently on a nursing contract and the stay has been pleasant. Great value for the money. The owner or manager is very friendly. And most of all very safe area. The only thing I don't like is a train track is nearby & I hear it sometimes passing when sleeping in the daytime. I highly recommend this hotel if you trying to save money.”

“This house is great and more importantly the host is excellent and responds quickly. This house is just outside Leiper’s Fork, about a 5 -7 min drive. It’s about 15-20 min into Franklin proper to a bigger grocery store and additional resturants and shops. We had the opportunity to walk around Leipers Fork, but did not have a chance to eat at the 2 restaurants/bar. However, they were absolutely busy everyday they were open. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen/dining room. A……
