“Apart from we had a problem checking in when we arrived late at 7:30pm and the staff are off from work already. We called the hotline and the problem is solved by the patient staff teaching us how to do self-check-in step by step. and later on we found out that they have actually sent us an email beforehand teaching how to self-check-in. so, dont forget to check your email if you gonna arrive after 6pm. everything else is perfect! clean and neat and tidy, as comfy as your own home! highly……

“Although the hotel locates at the other side of the river (city centre), it only took 15 mins walk through the bridges to the city centre. It is still very convenient and I can enjoy a quiet stay. Staff are helpful, nice and friendly, and speaks very good English and I found no difficult to communicate with them and got all the information I needed. The room is just ok large enough for me to open my two very large luggage, but still clean and comfort. Overall it is good value for money. I……

“Hosts/owners went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed. Specifically arriving late on a Sunday evening and needing supper as they supplemented what food we did have. The location of this place is so good, particularly if you are visiting the various wineries. I loved this place so much that I am trying to figure when to go back and bring all my friends! “4泊して，近郊の美しい村や教会，ロワール川のお城巡りをしました。駅から10分くらいですが，非常に綺麗な街を，快適に歩けました。トラムもとても便利で、大きな荷物を持って駅に行くのも，帰りはトラムを使いましたが，段差もなく，とても快適でした。レストランもたくさんあります。シンプルですが，ロワール川が目の前に広がり，清潔で過ごしやすいお部屋でした。シャワーキャップがなかったり、アメニティもとてもシンプルでちょっと不便な感じもしましたが、コストパフォーマンスもよく快適なホテルでした。”

“Quiet, well located property convenient to all part of town. The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in two weeks travelling the Loire Valley. Our room was well-appointed and seemed very new. Recommend without qualification.”

“We had a lovely couple of nights here. So quiet and relaxing, a true luxurious and romantic place. We had the lodge with the hot tub which had gorgeous views of the pond (number 17). Slight issue with horse flies when walking to and from the main area through the woods but they didn’t like insect repellent so that worked well. One slight downer was we didn’t get asked if we wanted to book tables for dinner in the evenings and one night was fully booked with what must have been non resident……
