“I am a full time Mom of a disabled child. He had surgery 3 weeks ago, so I have been 24/7 caring for him as he heals. I had 24 hours to getaway and have always wanted to stay in a yurt. This popped up and was available last minute and was only 1.5 hours from my house. Upon my arrival, I contacted the property manager Josh as I didn’t get the arrival instructions from VRBO. He called me immediately and told me where to go. Parking was easy, but is a little walk to the camping spot. The property……

“It was a nice get away for our wedding anniversary. We were able to bring our dogs and use the private strip of beach a couple of cottages away. This was a great quiet trip. The only thing that could have been better is the AC in the cottage. A window unit is provided but with 90 temps it couldn’t keep up.”

“We found this cottage to be exactly as described and pictured. We loved being in the historic district of Yorktown. The cottage is charming and hosts were friendly and responsive through the VRBO chat. ”
