“This house was perfect for a team-bonding weekend for a group of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. The house was massive and had breath-taking views of the ocean. The living room and dining room stole the show for sure, and the huge kitchen was great as well. The kitchen had absolutely everything you need, with countless utensils, pans, serving platters, baking sheets, cutting boards, and silverware. “We had a fantastic time, what a magical spot. The house is beautiful with a nice full kitchen and plenty of room for multiple guests. Randy was great to communicate with as well. Would definitely return!”

“A longtime group of friends very much enjoyed our stay at this Dillon Beach House. The views were superb, the kitchen well appointed....our only complaint were the heavy dining table chairs that made a racket when moved. Small issue, we enjoyed ourselves immensely.”

“If you are familiar with Dillon Beach you will love this house. I was surprised how easy the access to the beach was give the location of this property. A short walk down the road leads to a trail that lands you on the beach in less than 5 minutes from the door. And if you didn’t get enough of the ocean the view from the living room includes plenty of the pacific and Bodega Head. Plenty of sleeping space for our party of 6 adults, two kids, and a baby.”

“Great property. Beautiful location and views and beach. Hot tub is nice. Dishwasher did not work and kitchen equipment could be better. Also mattress in second bedroom was not comfortable and pillows were probably fine for kids, but not restful for middle aged parents. But we loved it because it’s a sweet little house and the owners obviously love it.”

“Yes, the ocean view was fantastic. Several steep stairs to get into the house. There wasn't a home guide at the house and we had to reach out to the owner to get the guide send electronically. We enjoyed the hot tub. That said, not sure how the house could sleep 12; there are only three bedrooms - a pull out couch in the sunroom and the man cave should not be considered bedrooms. While some aspects of the house are being updated; other areas are in need of repair/updating (the ice maker;……

“We were so charmed by this place, it is a sweet and quiet green house nestled into a few trees on a small hill. Perfect location, short drive to point Reyes station. The house had everything we needed and more, we cooked breakfast in the morning and found it so cozy, it was hard to leave! Will definitely stay again!”

Wonderful site, a few tweaks would make it amazing

"We booked a one-night experience for ourselves, our two sons and their respective wives at this highly rated facility as part of our vacation. We arrived early for our check-in, so one of three rooms was available which was fine. The rooms were large but had a musty smell when we entered. The bed was comfortable, but most of the amenities are dated. That said, this was meant to be a “lodge”, so our expectations may have been too high. The hotel facilities, which included a small pool, hot tub, gym, spa and a bocce ball court, overlooking the coast. The quality and tastes of the food was average at best. We enjoyed some “happy hour” snacks and breakfast on-site. Overall, the food was a bit bland and a touch too salty. The view from the restaurants was spectacular nonetheless. Overall, we had a wonderful visit to the area and this facility."
