“Getting the key was difficult. Directions said look for grey gate but there isn’t one, only a blue gate and fence. The lock is a little rough, maybe time to replace. “Initially the check in and communication was good however upon entry the smell of the unit was nauseating but clean. The tower is an upstairs loft without proper A/C, the unit provided was poorly installed with a gaping hole of hot air and bugs coming into the space. If you like privacy, this is not the place as there were no coverings on the windows the bedroom faced. I was going to be in town 2 weeks for work and found out the first day that it would much shorter. I contacted them straight……

“Allen's place was the best vacation rental my friend and I have ever experienced. The home was inviting, well laid out, and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Believe me, Allen thought of everything down to the finest detail. He was very responsive and communications were easy. There was one minor hiccup, which I mention only to say how very pleased we were that he took care of the issue immediately and without fuss. We will definitely return!”
