“Perfect trip. A few blocks from restaurants & stores. Then the Metro Stop Gallaudet & Gallaudet University. Met our needs perfectly. W/D a life saver with a teenager.”

“The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. “Super cute property. Very nice backyard for dinner al fresco. Took me 25 minutes to walk to convention center in AM through historic lively neighborhoods. Loved it!”

“We had a group of adults attending a convention in Washington DC. The property was perfect for what we needed. The only thing that would help would be more chairs for the table. It was HOT and HUMID while we were there as well. I know there were only window air conditioners….so maybe some oscillating fans would have been beneficial as well. Dr. Koura did stop by and this woman was amazing. So kind….so understanding. Thank you Dr. Koura for allowing to stay at your house. It was an honor.”

“This property was as advertised - fabulous location for sightseeing. Metro a block away, Safeway a block away too. We are five college friends in our early 70’s and this property worked well for us. The communication with the property owner was consistently excellent, Alec is very responsive and helpful. Beds were nice and firm. Kitchen worked well for our needs.
