“We had a great stay at this lovely DC row home! It was conveniently located close to RFK fields, downtown, and Georgetown—perfect for all the places we needed to be. The home had plenty of space for three adults and a child, and we really appreciated that everyone had their own bathroom. Being closer to central DC, there was a bit of city noise, but nothing that disrupted our stay. Ubers were always just a few minutes away. The host was responsive and check in was a breeze. “The house was spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It was perfect for our extended family of 8 with 4 generations. All of the bedrooms were upstairs or downstairs in the basement, so it was a little challenging for the 91 year old great grandfather. The kitchen was amazing, and we ate most meals there. “Great location and quaint row house. What I didn't notice initially when booking is no clothes washer/dryer, we just packed heavier than normal, rental rate for time period was slightly below average in the area which reflects lack of this amenity. ”

“Very clean, well kept place. The coffee pods/coffe maker and freezer full of ice was a nice touch. Very nice morning shaded patio area to enjoy your coffee. Linens, towels, shower supplies, and a few extras in the kitchen made our stay seemless. Air conditioning worked VERY well and we were so happy to come back to that after being in 90 degree heat. We couldn't have had a better experience and the owner is fantastic. He was very accomodating to let our band set up and do a little practicing. 10……

“We stayed here 4 nights in July. The unit was very clean, the check in process was seamless, and the Metro station is about a block away. Because of the location, all the trains make the same stops, which means you can always get on the next train! You never have to wait very long. There are multiple restaurants including a coffee house inside The Roost, which is a 5 minute walk. The Safeway grocery store is a 10 minute walk, and also had a Starbucks inside. CVS is also a 10 minute walk, so……
