“My family and I stayed for 3 nights at this apartment and were very pleased. The apartment was clean and modern and had all the basic amenities for our family's visit. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was spacious. We loved that it was close to the Washington Mall so we could enjoy eating in for lunches and dinners. The space we rented is the original carriage house to the original building on the corner. It is clean and cute and quiet and perfect for a single parent with two kids, especially studious type teenagers. “Overall, excellent host! Was very engaged with me during check in and during my stay. Minor issue with AC units in which owner was quick to identify and fix. Neighborhood is okay, coming and going after hours was uncomfortable with the only entry being in the back alley of the area. “Very clean property. Communication was perfect. We ran out of laundry soap and hand soap the owner got everything that day. Very attentive and kind. The place was pet friendly and comfortable.
