“We arrived at the apartment after a long day of work. It was an easy bus ride from the museums on the Mall. Clean, nicely decorated, with thoughtful touches like ear plugs, coffee and creamer, fresh towels, blackout curtains...we slept very well. It was perfect for a short overnight trip with a work colleague!”

“I booked a week before I needed the place. I was unable to get any form of response from this host, and the phone number was disconnected. Beware of that when dealing with this host, as something might happen when they’re just dropping off the face of earth. This situation canceled the day I was supposed to check in, and cost me $150 extra as I took my money to a competitor.”

“I loved everything about the apartment and the host.The only problem we had was at check in. The host hadn't told us ANYTHING about when she planned to send us the key information, so when it was 2 min after check in time, and I still hadn't heard ANYTHING, I panicked. Then, at 4 min after check in time, the key information arrived via email. All was well after that.Great apartment! Comfy beds! Thanks!”

“Great location and extremely responsive hosts. Close to all the major museums/sites and within driving distance to those that are in outlying areas. Great locally owned restaurants and bodega/convenience store next door for those items you forgot to bring. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was one of our favorite short-term rentals to date. The location was great and the host Anthony was terrific. Most importantly, the condo was very clean and well-appointed with designer touches. We really appreciated the fast wifi, coffee maker (and coffee beans), and bags of ice in the freezer. The bird-themed decor and furniture was designer-level. There was also ample outdoor space with two balconies and a rooftop patio! Highly recommended. ”

“Great clean property......in a transitioning neighborhood.Needed more dishes stocked to make food, etc. since it says it holds 12 folks.Water heater was turned too low but emailed property manager and got it turned up.Overall nice clean place.”

“We really enjoyed this apartment. It is very well located, close to Dupont Circle and the Metro there, restaurants, grocery stores and a CVS drugstore. It is also close to the Phillips Collection, which we love. The kitchen was quite well stocked, with all the cookware and dishes we needed and even oil, vinegar and some spices in the pantry. A good washer and dryer are right outside the front door of the apartment (in a closet) , with a cleaners downstairs if you are not inclined to do your own……

“We weren't comfortable with the location and parking situation once we arrived so we elected to find a hotel for our stay. Gave up our rent.”
