“Very comfortable accommodations and the owners were very accommodating and available. Val greeted us on our arrival and gave us a quick tour and explanation of the amenities. The room was very comfortable. We chose the option of a single room with shared common area, kitchen and bathroom. These areas were shared with two other rooms and we never had any timing issues. “We were looking forward to a getaway in Winnipeg. But midnight the night before we were to come to win a big, the host cancelled our reservation with no real good reason. “We stayed here for several days with our adult son and his partner. The layout (with bedrooms upstairs and 2.5 bathrooms) was great for two couples on different schedules. Nice location and we appreciated the underground parking. The apartment is attractive, roomy, and well equipped. Communication with Egilio was excellent and early check-in was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again. ”
