“I booked 2 cabins for July 27th and 28th, which I was charged for from the moment I booked them. But due to the fire in Jasper, the highways were closed and the town was evacuated and obviously, I could not use the cabins. I contacted the host, Dawn, to explain the situation so that she could refund my money, but she only responded by canceling one of the cabins, for which the refund is in process.
