“Nice hotel! We stayed at your hotel for two nights and had booked a good room. However, when we returned to our room on the second day, we found that it had not been made up, even though we had informed one of the staff members in the morning before leaving. We were quite disappointed by this oversight, as we expected the room to be cleaned and refreshed during our absence. We hope you will take note of this and ensure better communication and service in the future. Thanks Thank you.”

“The front desk is really friendly and helpful, very welcoming. It’s our first time here in Hinton and the place was super nice, clean and comfy bed. They’re very accommodating with pet as well coz we have our dog with us! Highly recommended that’s for sure. Grocery store and liquor store is just walking distance from this place. ”

“My stay was fantastic. When the front desk clerk saw I was using a walker she upgraded me to a first floor handicapped room. It was perfect. The bathroom was walk in and had everything I needed. The breakfast was great and freshly stalked while I was eating. When I couldn’t get the blow dryer working someone was there in 1 minute to get it going. Excellent staff. I will definitely stay again. ”

“All staff are very kind and helpful. Excellent location, the Freson Bros is just cross the road. We lived here for 5 nights, and went to Jasper National Park, Columbia Icefield and Malign Lake, it just took about 1-2 hr by car, it's acceptable. By the way, we saw one beaver at the Beaver Boardwalk which is near by.”
