“We were coming in to town for a funeral. Less than 3 hours before check in the booking was cancelled. Just not ideal. I understand if there were issues but please let us know farther ahead. We drove 4 hours in for the funeral and were already in town. Also, communication was incredibly difficult as it was not routed to the host but through some third party intermediary called Evolve. I tried both calling and texting the host the evening before to confirm details. No response until Evolve……

(Towels, paper products) Unfortunately, there is no sound barrier within the building-you can hear every sound coming from the hallway and nearby rooms.
