“Incredible hospitality! We were staying for a friends wedding at the venue and the team could not do enough for you. We arrived early morning and asked if we could leave our cases whilst we headed into Bangor - within seconds the receptionist and housekeeping manager were scouting out which rooms were readily available - we were given an upgraded room and able to check in immediately. “Edwin was fantastic, he made us feel very welcome from the moment we got there. The property is beautiful and a short walk to a lovely lakeside look out where we watched the sunset (Edwin's recommendation). The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.
