“A great place for our quick trip! Our dog loved the fenced in yard. Laurelhurst park is close by. Good food options nearby on Belmont. We took the bus to Providence Park, about 25 mins each way. Such a convenient way to go to and from a Thorns game! Also, the Thorns won! We look forward to coming back and staying here for another trip in the future. ”

“The first thing you need do when you get the property is take in the view of the river. The house has plenty of space, well stock in everyday needs just in case you forgot to pack something. Will be staying here again”

“This is a perfect place for a single or couple to sleep, shower, and get ready for the day. I think it's a full bed, so if you're super tall it might be an issue. Great for the price; the accommodations are low-end hotel quality and could cost 50% more and still be a good deal. Minor, minor issues for the hesitant: - thin walls and a slight lack of privacy- there were drainflies around the shower and a single gnat in the blinds. - the neighborhood is a little sketchy, especially late at night.……

“My 9 y.o. and husband and I had a nice time in this sweet small rental. We did not realize how petite the accommodations would be, but it suited us fine.The neighborhood was incredibly beautiful and so close to the park and good bus lines.”

“Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time using this location as our base camp while exploring the area. Everything was provided for our needs. Bed is comfortable and the area is quiet. Hosts were VERY helpful when needed. ”

“Wonderful spot around the corner to coffee shops, restaurants, shops and breweries. Within walking distance of the N Mississippi Ave area and the Alberta Arts district for more. Spring time flowering trees and shrubs everywhere. The house was charming, spotless and comfortable. We felt right at home. Our host was immediately helpful with any questions we had. “Just what we wanted: a spacious amount of room for 4 people, an unusual location while still convenient to Portland, and a responsive host. It's more "house" than "boat," but it's located on a pretty little stretch of water with a small current. We loved watching the geese family, heron and beaver across the way. We weren't expecting train tracks to be so close, or the trains so plentiful, but it soon added to the charm of the place. Access is easy, with one reserved parking spot. Others living……

“This place worked well for us (family of 4) staying to visit with family in the area. It was very close to lots of restaurants and whatnot. The area was a little sketchy- it was by all really run down houses/apartments. However I never didn’t feel safe. The king bed was comfy but the twin beds were not. The furniture was cute but not very comfy but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The kitchen was semi stocked but not super great for cooking. Loved that they provided coffee. They use pretty……
