The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to restaurants, a cute neighborhood food market, coffee shop, and small boutiques.The neighborhood is very safe and walkable. It is a short Uber ride to downtown and many fantastic restaurants.Would definitely stay here again!”

“Perfect place with enough room for everyone. Love that we all had our own bedroom and 2 baths was a bonus! Fully stocked kitchen made dinner time easy. Parking was easy at firat gets harder to find close parking on the weekend so keep that in mind you may need to walk a couple blocks. Location is convenient to a fantastic market and exceptional restaurants ”

“Clean and welcoming apartment. Many thoughtful amenities. Clear communication from owner. Quiet street. Restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely book again if in Portland.”

“This place is wonderful and felt like home during my 1 month stay! There is plenty of space and a well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The bedroom gets plenty of light and has blackout curtains. The area is really safe and there are plenty of good restaurants a quick walk away by PSU. I loved running along the river which is a few blocks east. Gary (Girish) was a great host and very communicative and helpful. He met me when I checked in and help show me everything I needed. “This gave us a nice home base as we visited family in Vancouver. We also liked the walkable neighborhood and access to a friendly coffee shop. The kitchen was useful and well equipped too.”

“You can hear everything the upstairs neighbors are doing, talking, doing laps for some reason? The wifi was so poor the TV wouldn't connect, the only good spot for the wifi was in the bathroom. Neither me or my friends had good reception without wifi. No hot tub either ”

“I have two medically registered service animals and stated that in my request to book. I was sitting in the car in front of the house at check in for about 20 minutes answering questions about my animals despite sending their registration and eventually sending my medical letter. That was not enough. I felt very uncomfortable being there. ”

“This property has all the basics you want on a long stay whether with a family or friends. It's not flashy inside but is comfortable and well equipped. There are certainly places for improvement but for the money you can't beat it. The location is great with a covered parking spot. The complex has a communal grill right outside if you feel like grilling. Walking distance to the train station, easy access to I-5. Lots of food options you can walk to. Owner is great to interact with.”
