“The woman at reception was incredibly helpful. The road to Selva was closed the following day and she found suitable public transit options and let me check in early. The hotel also prepared a box breakfast as I had to leave early the following day. Definitely far above and beyond what I expected. The hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious with a large shared patio. The pool and hot tub are in a stunning setting and I enjoyed a long nap in the solarium. “The resort is located just outside of the town Cortina, but still very close to all the ski tracks and cable cars, so location wise, for the skiers are very convenient. Unfortunately my wife and I can’t ski at all so we stay there for the view, which is breathtakingly beautiful, the resort is surrounded by mountains and during winter it is like a now castle.
