“I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However……

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical……

“Charming hotel in a fantastic location. Rooms were quite large for a European hotel. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Steps away from the main plaza and several outstanding restaurants only minutes away walking. I will definitely come back to Aosta and stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. “Bella struttura, moderna, ben arredata. camera de luxe un po' piccola ( 20 mq2 circa) ma pulita. Ottimo il servizio ricevuto per il cagnolino che ha soggiornato con noi. Oltre al kit, vene fornito anche un telo da appoggiare sopra al letto . Sinonimo di pulizia. Ottima la colazione, dal dolce al salato, frutta tagliata fresca, 5 qualità di latte , solo un po' lenti nel servire le bevande calde. Ottimo il servizio ski room sulle piste. Tutto il personale estremamente gentile.”

“Adorei o Hotel, cama boa, estacionamento facil, otimo cafe da manha, SPA com piscina aquecida e sauna, tamanho do quarto bom, a tarde senpre tem chocolate quente e um doce italiano, o atendimento do Andrea no Bar e formidavel, pontos negativos elevador muito devagar, chave sem cartao e demora muito a agua do chuveiro para ficar quente, hoje consertaram e esta funcionando perfeitamente, entao voltaria a ficar aqui mesmo com esses defeitos”
