“Dimitris was truly the star of the show and made our one night stay absolutely worthwhile. He was extremely valuable and helpful with planning out our stay. He kindly provided the idea to park our car in Vikos village and arranged taxi to pick us up from there and take us to Monodendri to start the Vikos Gorge hike. “This is a beautiful conversion of an historic house, very comfortable and situated right in the centre of the old town. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. “Decent stay with no frills. Staff efficient and helpful. Beds ok but room not as clean as I would have liked it. Shower had hot water and bathroom a bit small but workable. “We had a nice time. The hotel is very beautiful and located very close to nice hiking trails and the pretty stone bridges in the area. The room was also very nice but the beds are VERY firm, so if you need a soft bed to sleep comfortably it might be a problem. The type of service and food just doesn't match up with this being a 4-star hotel.
