“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed. Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️ ”

“Posizione stupenda con camere vista lago e hotel a 5 min a piedi dal centro paese. Unica pecca, la camera non aveva l’aria condizionata ma solo un ventilatore a soffitto. Non abbiamo comunque patito il caldo nonostante i 30 gradi esterni. Personale molto gentile e soggiorno davvero piacevole. Ci torneremo!”
