“Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there.
Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing
NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle.
New linen is needed so as the towels.
No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles.
They can make use of the fabric softener ,……
