“I loved the modern decor of the suite. The suite was clean and neat, the bed was super comfortable. The main bathroom was specious. The view of the pool was rejuvenating. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely call again. ”

Taken in through a side door to our room with no orientation about the palace its surroundings local places to eat. Exterior beautiful gardens neglected. Viewing deck total overgrown. Old rusty ladder lying their. Lounge pool dirty and definitely not five stars although it could be. All out door seating areas too dirty to sit on. A……

“ We loved the garden and it was handy for what we wanted. The pool was not cleaned and there were no sunbeds with cushions or an umbrella. The room was alright and the kitchen, shared, ok. The breakfast was very limited ,cereal ,yogurt and make your own toast and fruit juice. The whole place needs an update and the outside cushions were covered in cat hair.”

“Hi place is clean however they need to have room fragrance our room had cigarette fume, obviously our sense of cigarette smell is very active because we don't smoke, smoked person was in the room not smoking in there. Kettle tray only has 1glass and 1 cracked and chipped mug, yet is 2people sharing NO beverage sachets so what's the point of having the Kettle. New linen is needed so as the towels. No floor matts bedroom and bathroom yet it's tiles. They can make use of the fabric softener ,……
