“We loved everything about our stay - the room, the bed, the amazing selections and made to order items at Breakfast. ...and while it was a bit too cool outside to try out the pool, relaxing in the gardens and watching the boats and canoes go by on the river was one of the highlights of our trip. Ouafaa was the hostess with the mostest! We will definitively be back! We also loved that we could walk to 6-8 restaurants on the path from the garden for dinner - so nice not to have to drive and find……

“This was a magnificent experience. The chateau is surrounded by beautiful gardens and nature. The sounds, smells, and views are spectacular. It has a convenient location yet feels very private. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are numerous, clean, and pleasant. There are many places to sit and relax including the excellent rooftop deck. The stairs to the three second floor bedrooms are a bit steep but with good railings. There are many choices of dining areas, indoor, outdoor,……

“A stunning house in a great character full town! The property catered for all our needs, especially with 9 kids ranging from 3 to 16. The hosts were extremely accommodating and very helpful which made the stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. Our first view of the chateau was from its imposing position on the hillside which could be seen from several kilometres away basking in the evening sun as we approached. “We were with 8 adults and had a lovely stay in the Perigord region with quiet surroundings. Just the sound of a lot of birds keeps you awake during the day. The castle is very well equipped and decorated and not to big, neither to small. It fits the number of guests very good. You can visit several nice little towns(one or two stars Michelin!) but make cycle or walking tours as well. In short: lovely castle and park, everything you need is there.”
